I think you don't do any routine exercises on daily basis. With the use of muscles, they get tighten. You should do stretching of those muscles on daily basis so that they can regain their length.

Drink plenty of water ( at least 2-3litres per day) Do stretching exercises daily Take Tablet Vitamin E + levocarnitine.

If you feel you are unable to stretch your legs, it can be due to muscle tightness in different groups of muscle in your legs. Once evaluated for specific group muscle tightness we can work on it for relief.
