Very mild hand pain
I was working out in gym on Friday suddenly heard a snap or pop sound in my hand not sure where, but was having no pain and I did workout next day as well, and took break of one day again then I got very mild hand pain but I worked out for next to 2 days(yesterday and today) but I'm worried now did I tear my bicep tendon? Pls anyone reply I couldn't sleep just worrying about this.

Does the pop out sensation you were getting at arm or elbow region? Can you elaborate... please get  an ultrasonography..

Was the pop and pain felt near your elbow? Did you notice any bulge in your arm region? What was your arm position when you felt the pop and pain?
