Hello, I am getting pain in my left shoulder while lifting weights the pain is from shoulder to elbow the whole bone and I can't do excercise like flat bench press but I can do incline excercises. Should I consulte a physiotherapist or a doctor ? What should I do ?
When I was younger a kid )my left shoulder used to get like dislocated while sleeping or when someone holding my hand and it used to go back in 2-3 minutes.
