Why I feel pain in left shoulder while driving a bike? I feel more relax when I reach at home. kindly advise

My vit d3 is 47 ng/ml and b12 is 712. I have pain in ankle and knee. Rest all reports normal. Dr has said vit d is low. Is it low?

Hi, I feeling pain in my left knee while climbing stairs or putting body weight on left leg. No injuries till date but I think got hit by sofa edge last week while walking. Please suggest some home remedy to fix this. Thanks 🙏

I am having pain in right hand's wrist in left side from one month. Muscle joining thumb and left side of wrist. It was started when I gave swing continuously to my kid in craddle for several hours in night for so many days. Xray is normal. Ortho prescribed zerodol Sp in first week and Chymoral AP (anti-inflammatory) next weeks alongwith with hot pack and Diclofenac gel. But this stiffness not cured yet. I went to another Ortho he says I have DQ problem. He says operation is required. What is treatment for DQ. What to do?

I have pain and spasm in right hand wrist. I had taken anti-inflammatory painkiller prescribed by doctor for two weeks and physiotherapy for one week. But it is not cured, Doctor says it is DQ, what is the treatment for DQ.

Hello sir. 12  week back my wife operation done of ACL 3 grade and mcl 2 Grade right now she can move and walk very well but knee band is 120 degree she is doing regular phyo exercise  sir my question is when will she get full knee banding.

I have soreness and pain when bending or straightening my right knee. I cannot sit on the floor crosslegged or kneel down on the floor because it hurts. No lain while walking and dont feel much when going on stairs. This has been since 2 months. What can this be? I have a slightly active lifestyle and sometimes do squats in workout.i have not worked out for 2 months now.

Hello doctor 25 days ago ,my hand got injured during mopping I feel some jerk in hand while moping .after that I m having pain in my posterior forearm. specially whenever I try to lift any object I feel more pain I don't have pain in palm,but whenever I do any work I feel more pain ,I went to orthopaedic doctor he told me it's becoz overuse muscle and prescribed some painkillers spray and told to do ice pack .but pain is still same it's been a month now it's not healing may I know what is reason ?it is painful.could you please tell me when it will heal or it's curable or not ? because I am scared now it's not improving what I m supposed to do please guide please help me. Thank you
