Tailbone pain
Hi my age 27 .. preparing for final exams ..I have to sit for long hours of 14 hours or so.for next 2 months....I getting tailbone pain and bum pain.. I unable to sit for long hours ...can please suggest some medicines for pain releif and any helpful suggestion

Keep changing your postures frequently , Avoid sitting on hard surface for long , Take Vitamin D3 supplements

You can continue your preparation using a doughnut pillow wherever you sit! Once you finish your exams, pls consult an orthopedic surgeon for clinical evaluation and proper treatment..

Dear, Tail bone pain/ Coccyx bone pain usually get worse with prolonged sitting, leaning back while seated, prolonged standing, and rising from a seated position.
Next Steps
-Hot fomentation/Sitz bath -DONUT Pillow use during sitting -Ultrasonic therapy application -Anti inflammatory tablets such as Tab Zerodol-SP twice daily for 5days -Take intermittent breaks between long sitting hours
