Pain in uppermost neck
Hi I suddenly got severe unbearable pain in upper neck. Even a sight movement causes pain, stiffness is there. I took 2 painkillers, pain reduces and then comes back. Happening since 2-3 days. I had moved some luggages around 2-3 days back. Is it worrisome? I am always worried about cancer.

By your history it looks like a severe muscle spasm.. You would need proper rest alongwith muscle relaxant/ pain killer.. Only medications and improper rest will not help.
