Right side upper back pain
It's been 3 days since I'm suffering from right side upper back and middle back pain along with hand numbness... It started after I take a massage session... Same this kind of pain was suffer in 2015 and it took 3 years to go away... I'm worried again same spot same pain and same issue happening... I'm taking physiotherapy from last 2 days... It relief for and hour and so then again same pressure kind of pain and numbness return... Kindly advise something on it as it not normal... I'm diabetic type 2 ...last hb1ac was 6.1

Seems to be neurological pain.. take medicine  for few days.. if it is not subsiding with medicine, then go for mri test..

If the issue is recurring again it means it would again need attention and treatment. Looks like a muscle problem if you are getting momentary relief with physiotherapy.. Kindly consult Orthopedic surgeon before you go directly to a physiotherapist to confirm the cause of recurrence of pain! Once you know the cause , the treatment would be easy..
