Injury was 5 years ago and recent MRI finding of ACL sprain doesn’t match . Regarding minimal knee effusion better to go ahead with blood reports - CBC , S. Uric Acid , ESR , CRP , RBS ,S. Vit D3 Also need to see basic standing knee AP/Lat xray also . As you have demanding and loading work better to go ahead with all these .

ACL is not torn it is only thickened.. ACL sprain does not cause any disability as such.. Treatment depends on clinical instability found on examination and not entirely on reports.. You will very well improve after examination and a proper clinical diagnosis!
