Bone & Muscle problems

From past few weeks I have observed that my knees sound crackle. And its been a month I stopped doing workouts. I eat good healthy food to maintain my physic. Eat walnuts and some seeds in the morning.

I have very bad pain Between knee and foot.in both leg, please tell me medicine ..Because pain is intolerable.

When walking after some min i feel pain in right groin area ( may be end of gracilis Or longer abdutor point) , 5 month still not relive from this pain, when I sit I don't feel pain but I feel something in groin area ( right) not pain but something, when running no problem, jumping with knee up no problem is I having ligament or tendon or arthritis plz give me what possible problem can be here I am afraid I am having arthritis

I have shared my aunty's x ray report. She is unable to walk or stand due to pain on the leg( near buttock) for last 2 weeks. When she stand there is pain. So we consult our local govt. Hospital. And the dr adv. To do a x ray. Is x ray report normal? What causes?

I am having disturbing pain in my neck shoulders arms..may be in hands also..at the same time i feel heated and sensitivity in left  jaw teeth and areas near left ear..All of these comes with dizziness..my stomach starts bloating need to go pass stool everything the pain starts...My ecg chest xray echo,trop t is normal..plj suggest

Hello. Since 1 month my left knee is paining and it has become hard when I touch that part. And there is swelling also. What should I do? If I  stand for a long time it's strated paining. And remedies?

I am having severe backache since 2 months such that I am not able to sit for atleast 10min on bed or chair or anything else. Today I got done X-ray of spine .please see and let me know if there is any issue.

She is suffering from knee pain from a month. She doesn't work properly like when they sit down and then up again thee knee joint pain very crucially.

Sir I had undergone surgery for removal of giant cell tumor from my distal femur region of right knee. The surgery took place on 14/4/2022. It has been close to 6 months after surgery but i am experiencing an active extension lag of 20 degrees although passively i am able to extend the knee fully. My flexion range is 120 degrees as of now but the movement is not free as i experience stiffness after excercise and i achieve flexion of 120 during excercise. The range of movements starts at 105 and goes till 120-122 during excercise. How can I achieve full range of motion actively and will this extension lag be permanent?
