Lordosis is normal bend present in your spine at low back ie lumbar level and at neck ie cervical spine level..
If you have back pain and your back Muscles are into spasm , they get taught and in turn straighten up the normal curve ie lordosis is straightened meaning.. lordosis is lost in medical terms..

Get proper bed rest.. medications for back muscles spasm and fomentation timely manner for relief..
