My mother is frozen shoulder from 6years. She was admitted in hospital with covid pneumonia on Oct 2022.now her hand(left) became more stiff,rigid . We started physiotherapy sessions now. Legs ,right hand everything going well but her left hand very rigid , tight,stiff it's giving severe pain,she is crying shouting all the time.after physio done for left hand her whole body becomes rigid,even clenching her jaw. Not walking, started moaning. We are not using any pain killer or muscle relaxation medicines. Can anyone please suggest any pain killer or muscle relaxant so our mom physiotherapy will go well.she is 70years old and not able to bear pain. Thank you

My mother aged 70 years is having knee and back pain. She is under medication Terifrac daily and Olimab half yearly.. She is using the medicine from last 6 months, wanted to know if there are any side effects of continuous use, also what is the success rate of using this medicine as it is too expensive. She also take Gabapin at night.

Hi , I have been advised to do an MRI of the cervical spine with whole spine screening . I already had a ls spine mri with whole spine screening and a knee mri two months back . Are multiple mRIs safe ? Is there any radiation scare ?

Hello Doctor's, I got my knee twisted/hurt while playing cricket, got MRI done as prescribed. Below are the details. Kindly suggest the treatments please. MRI Impression: Full-thickness ACL tear close to its femoral attachment. Proximal and distal ligament stumps are bulky and hyperintense. Significant anterior tibial translation is noted neutral position. Osteochondral impaction fracture along anterolateral aspect of weight bearing surface of lateral femoral condyle, with underlying subchondral marrow oedema and overlying thinning of articular cartilage. Marrow contusion along posterior aspect of lateral tibial condyle. Focal chondral ulceration (3 x 3 mm) along lateral aspect of weight-bearing surface of medial femoral condyle. Chondral fissuring suggestive of grade 3 chondromalacia noted along median patellar ridge and midportion of middle patellar facet. Complex tear in medial meniscal body and posterior horn, as described.

My father was taking Ultracet tablet from last 10years thrice a day. Because he has gone through hip operation for both hips during that time doctor prescribed to take Ultracet tablet for relief of pain  and now he is suffering from knee pain for both legs. Please suggest what to take ? In recent days, unable to find ultracet tablet in medical shop.
