Having sharp pain in the right arm from the last evening, difficulty in moving right hand upwards and backwards, I usually do wfh for more than 10 hours, please help

Can varicose veins be ignored without any treatment if it is asymptomatic kindly clarify me on this .

I have been diagnosed with mri it shows patella alta, mild ACL edima and signals seen in lateral facet of patella, From past one week am getting knee stiffness around joint, now it changed to joint is locking while getting up from chair and started to walk suddenly mild pain begins and joint is locking for seconds and from 2 days onwards it's locking more.. what happened any damages to cartilage meniscus or any weakness..

Hi, I am osteoporosis patient. I am suffering from osteoporosis since when I was 19. I used to take Saaz 500 mg daily suggested by ortho specialist. But from few days pain is increasing day by day. I wanted to know can I add omega 3 fish oil capsules to enhance my bone health? If not then please suggest something else. I can't bear this patient.
