Upper back pain
Hi if i sit without support,i am getting upper sides and mid back pain. I cant sit in a bent position. If i bend my neck downwards my let upper back is paining like stretching. I am having this pain for last 2 months. The pain is not very severe but it some thing like i am over stretched. Can you please help what i need to do on next steps

Looks like you seem to have a problem with your posture as it is more common in your age group and can be corrected with good posture and regular exercises.

It can be muscle spasm. U might be at a desk job i think. This is a common problem. U need some muscle relaxants. Do hot fomentation. Avoid long screen time. Visit your ortho doc.
