My vut levels are showing less.. what shd I do to improve my vut levels.. I get joint pains in ankl and wrist

My sister has got a problem of Toe joint bone enlargement,though the bone enlargement is small, it causes pain while walking with slippers.Is it possible to cure it through medication or surgical procedure would be required to cure it completely?

I have pain and spasm in wrist of right hand. I am lactating mother. I have 1 year old daughter. So I want to ask that can I take Myson Plus tablet for relief.

Hi, It has been 1 year after ACLR. I can feel some movement in my tibia if I push my tibia anteriarly from behind. Physiotherapist also confirmed some laxity. I did my MRI. Please read and tell if anything seems odd. Thank you

I am mother of one year old daughter. I use to give swing to her cradle(Palna) continuously (1hr) for so many days in night. Now, I have pain and spasm in my right hand wrist. I applied Diclofenac gel after hot water pack application. But still no relief. Is there any muscle relaxnt which I can take as I am breastfeeding my baby. Pain is bearable till now so I have not taken any painkiller, but I am unable to lift any heavy object and my baby. My vitamin D level is also low 4.27 ng/ml and B12 is 372 pg/ml.

My grandmother 85 year old having knee pain. Not relieved with paracetamol. Will meet ortho after 1 day only. Plz suggest some pain killer till then

Hello doctor Sudden onset lower backache with heaviness for past 15 days. No H/O of trauma, DM, HTN, etc Xray pelvis ap normal but X RAY SPINE AP AND LAT EARLY OSTEOPHYTE IN L3-L4. On and off type pain and heaviness. What's next please guide.

Hello Doctor, 2 days before I pulled a heavy object in a bend position, on that time i dont get any pain,but today I noticed a small swell up on my right side external abdominal oblique muscle (below lat near rib cage)but it doesn't pain,I got a little pain only when I try to put my hand backwards towards my body...do this swell heal on its own (or) I have to consult a doctor, what to do, please Give me a solution Sir.
