Bone & Muscle problems

Hello doctor,from last 1 month I am getting heel pain on my left leg and sometimes getting burning sensation after walking for long.And on my right leg I got pain on front side bone above the heel.Why this is happening and what should I do pls suggest.

Severe back pain since last month unable to sit on the floor and bend down. MRI report is attached, taking mefication. Pls advise how severe this and can be cured by medication?

Hello doctor I have been experiencing a clicking sensation in my upper left abdomen near to the ribs area when I stretch and when I turn in the bed .. also there is a clicking sensation when I touch that area.. this is the case with only upper left abdomen the right side doesn't make any such sound ..is it something to be worried about

I have always had issue with vitamin D . My doc had prescribed me uprise D3 capsules for 3 months per week. In spite of taking the tablets I don't feel much difference with respect to the strength of my bones. I feel weak most of the time and my bones hurt with the minimum physical activity. I was thinking to start cod liver oil supplement as well. So is it okay for me to take uprise as well as cod liver oil ?

I got treatment of all type ,done mri of knee it says minimal effusion in suprapatellar recess of the joint but all treatment won't works for my knee pain , stiffness since 2y 24h pain. recently i found that i have syndrome of that it's medial plica syndrome so what's the treatment of it

From last two weeks while bending(on stairs and doing day to day activities) my right knee i am facing a lot of pain and some tak tak sound is coming from knee and now not able to bend the knee and pain increases while bending but do not face difficulty while walking and when  leg is straight. Please suggest what can i do and i am worried a lot due to it. Is it cause any major problem for me or any other thing please suggest.
