Having pain on my right hand..
Hello Dr.
I am having right hand pain while working with mouse or sometimes when I do any activity.. Also hurts my left side of neck..so I took xray.. Does this requires any further treatment. Kindly suggest

What's the nature of pain. Dull aching, severe sharp shooting. Tingling , numbness in any of the fingers?

X ray shows early degenerative changes.For an accurate diagnosis, a detailed assessment with clinical examination and proper history followed by appropriate investigations is needed.

• Spine ergonomic instructions-Avoid forward bending, and ground-level activities. To sleep on a cot with a firm mattress, Sit on an ergonomic chair/Table for work, take a break every 45 mins on sitting jobs, and electronic device to be placed at eye level.
• Watch for increased Pain/Fever/Weakness in Limbs, Bowel/Bladder. If present, follow up with the nearest hospital

Though the x ray is not very clear, the spine looks like you have a muscle spasm. Can't exactly tel you about the issue without proper clinical examination.
