Consult with your surgeon. Might be a case of joint stiffness which can be corrected with good physiotherapy.

It is only 3 weeks following your surgery in today's date. Stiffness is very common after the surgery. The fixation done by your doctor and movement allowed at your joint can be best assessed by him alone. He will be the best person to initiate proper physiotherapy protocol for your stiffness.
