You have symptoms and reports which are very much varied. It is difficult for us to explain about these symptoms without proper clinical examination. The reports would aid in our diagnosis but they don't lead us to a proper diagnosis without examination. Kindly get yourself examined clinically by an orthopedic surgeon for further management.
