Bone & Muscle problems

Since 2-3 days every morning when I wake up I get back pain and sometimes I lay down I feel tremor like but it's not visible. Also after a walk my leg became a bit shaky when I stretched them there is no weakness in legs what can it be?

Since 2-3 days whenever I wake up I have lower back pain also whenever I lay down I feel my legs are bit shaky and hips too but there is no weakness, no loss of sensation also bit pain in muscles of leg after walk and also they become bit shaky what can be the reason. Also I get twitching at eyes and shoulders at times

After removing extra disc part which is out bulge ,how they protect remaining disc atbthe time of surgery to not come again outside..what they are doing ,becoz after cutting disc how to protect the outer layer of disc ...

I was detected with undisplaced fracture on 2 nd metatarsal of right foot through MRI scan after having pain and little swelling while walking..The doctor advised me to have 3 weeks fibre cast...it was removed yesterday...since then I was having numbness in half part of the foot...it was an unusual feeling of touch...Why is it so??How can I cure it?Is this something serious and permanent??plz answer my queries...
