Knee pain both legs
I am having knee pain. I did not have any fall or injury to the knee in recent past. However, what could be the reason for this pain which is existing since a month. It's not a big pain, but a faint pain.

It's too difficult to give a diagnosis,still u should see a nearby Orthopaedic, could be due to any strain in ligament or wear and tear of knee cap or due deficiency of vit d
