For ACL graft. SemiT+Gracilius double fold option is better or quadrupled SemiT option is better? Pls explain in detail.

It depends on your tendon quality and thickness , Also it can be decided on table while operating better . Ideal it should be 8-9mm thick in females .

It depends on graft thickness & length . Semi t + gracilis is usually done

Quadruple ST would have same strength like ST + G Double fold but you should get long graft for quadruple ST .. Strength is the same.
