Post an year to ACL surgery
I had an ACL reconstruction surgery and meniscetomy in Dec 2016. I have followed the prescribed physiotherapy and recently, started basic workout. During one session, I had some pain and underwent MRI. Scan shows complete tear of reconstructed ACL, bucket-handle tear of medial meniscus and complex tear of lateral meniscus. Is it even normal after more than one year of the surgery and please suggest what should I do next?

As far as Surgery is concerned, you would need it eventually. The earlier the better. But before that, detailed evaluation needs to be done regarding other factors that lead to a failure of ACL twice in your case. Please visit an orthopaedic surgeon who specialises in Arthroscopic Surgery.

You need Arthroscopic surgery again. (ACL reconstruction and meniscectomy or repair) considering your age.
