Vitamin d 1000 can take daily
Hello Doctor, I am in monthly maintenance vitamin d3 60k dose , but I am getting back and body pain ,yesterday I took 1000 iu feel better , so is it right option to take daily 1000 iu ,is safe to kidney , I have 3mm stone ... and have protine excrete in urine slightly

Check your vitamin d level in blood.. if normal, then stop taking it. If lower, then only take.. Otherwise sometimes higher level can cause toxicity

How long have you been in Maintenance dose of vit d 3? Hyper vitaminosis is also not good where you may feel tired and get body pains.. Vitamin d 3 helps absorb calcium from your gut and the excess calcium may precipitate in your kidneys if u have a tendency to form stones.. Proteinuria can be a concomitant finding..
