Dear doctor My vitamin d number is 23(low only) B12 is 200 ( 197 normal range) Calcium is 9.5 Done with these tests When should I start using tablets and suggests any names??? Note : y I done these tests, 15days onwards am getting muscle spasm,legs pains,little dizziness ,backbone pain so .

Have Capsule Vit D3 60,000 IU weekly once for 8 weeks, along with calcium 500mg and VitB12 (neurobion) both once a day, Hydrate yourself properly Please consume more potassium and magnesium rich foods for muscular spasms. As these helps better
