Pain in arm and shoulders after surgery
My father had a surgery on 28th February 2023 for cervical spondylitis myelopathy, now after one week he is still having severe pain in shoulders and arms and he is feeling little numbness in legs too. Herewith attached the discharge summary given by the doctor and CT scan. Please advice.

He has undergone decompression surgery and the nerves would take time to recover from the compression effects they were under for so long. Continue to take the medication given in discharge summary for adequate recovery.
