As per your MRI report, you have fairly severe injury. You possibly need plaster cast  and medication. Kindly go to a near by hospital.

Better go with plaster application for one month.. strict non weight bearing on fractured limb. Limb end elevation

You have a fracture in the knee and the best part is that it is undisplaced..But the fracture can get displaced if you do not protect it with a proper support in form of a plaster or a long knee brace for 3 weeks..
Next Steps
meanwhile you should avoid putting weight on the affected side, avoid knee bending..
Health Tips
Continuous movement of ankle and toes to avoid risk of blood clotting in your legs when plaster is applied.
