Dear All, I have slip disc issue since 2022
I was fine from last year, but my pain start again in my leg,..
If I go for surgery level 4-5 how much safe and can I able to walk again properly..
This is impacting my professional life also... please suggest me,I am staying in Mumbai age 32 years

Surgery is safe. Will start walking from next day. Isometric exersises for first few days then assisted hip/knee/ back exercises to regain full muscle strength. Lumbar support belt for 4-6 weeks.
You should try physiotherapy and medication prescribed by your orthopaedic surgeon first,if not getting improvement then u should think about surgery depending upon ur doctor's opinion
