The back part of the neck, upper back and the elbow joint of my mother pains from 2-3 years. So she's in a confusion whether to visit the orthopedist, physiotherapist or a general physician. Also what must be the problem?

I have a lower back pain (mostly side right) from 2 years .. It disappears Nd re occurs .. I am not able to bend forward too much ...it hurts when I bend forward

I have been suffering from lower back ache since couple of months. As per my family doctor's instruction, I have got MRI done for my lower back. He has diagnosed with Mild split disc and vitamin D deficiency. He has given me vitamin D supplements and few more Tablets( probably pain killers, I'm not sure). So, continuing this course and not involving in much physical activity for a couple of months will be enough to recover or should I have to consult a physiotherapist for sure? I'm actually little worried about it now.

I got this cyst on my biceps and thighs since long. Though it never pains but still curious to know if getting it treated is important or will it fade away with time. Also, in order to get this treated which doctor should I consult. A regular physician or maybe an ortho.
