I have been suffering with Lower back pain for last three years and been taking medicines as well but no improvement. Please suggest me some exercise to get rid off this annoying pain.

Did long jump. Had pain only the next day .went to the doctor after 3 days. He said it is a ligament injury and prescribed zinetac before food and zonodol after food and said will get ower in 5 days but 3 days r over but pain is still there pain occurs more when I'm standing

For the past 2 weeks my right eye have been beating,and tears flow, when I focus in any object or in mobile etc, with tears in my right eye.can any pls explain me y this happens and remedy for this...

Hi, I started running 4 weeks back and reached a level of. 4K. Since last one week I have started experiencing serious pain in my knees, ankle and lower legs. I am not even able to walk properly. Can you suggest some exercise, medicine, home made remedies to get rid of this pain. Thanks

The pain has started about 2 weeks back. I feel the pain only in the early morning hours like 4 am. It stays there for 1-1.30 hours before I can sleep again. This sleep disturbance early morning has become irritating. The pain is in upper back. I am not going to gym or swimming. Just little bit stretching at home as instructed by my physiotherapist. I see him because of a hip muscle pain which has reduced down recently. But the new pain is irritating. Because it is in upper back it causes me slight breathing problem during that 1-1.30 hours. Pls advice.

I m suffering from pain in knee from last 3-4 months. Especially when I jog,brisk walk or use stairs. I have consulted orthopaedics but it's of no relief. I have high cholesterol problem also.
