Bone & Muscle problems

I am a runner and for the last few months, I have been having some numbness in my left thigh, sometimes I get a shooting pain and at times, there is an itching sensation which I am not able to fully satisfy given the numbness when I try to scratch. what should I be doing ?

Mom was diagnosed for Spondylitis recently. She has been taking homeopathy medicines but it's not effective. Because few alopathy doctors suggested tat a Steroid injection can suppress the pain. We ain't interested in taking steroid injections. Kindly suggest safe way to deal with pain. Pain killers don seem to br effective too :( On seeing her MRI results doctors suggested that this condition can be cured by medication and Physiotherapy. Physiotherapy is not helping too.

Hi, I am getting back neck pain near spinal cord joint its not continuous pain its comes after 5-7 days . Please suggest me some exercise or should i consult with the doctor. Thanks.

My wife had swelling in collar bone & at back. Doctor diagnosed for rheumatism after blood test, due to which inflammation at collar bone & back. Now she has pain in ribs if she lifts our 2 year son, or weight. Doctor had prescribed Bon-DK, Bon-K2 etc. How long will it take her back to normal. Is this a serious problem. Will this get cured.

I'm having a very bad backache since a few days. I don't know the reason for it. But its very painful. I cant stand or sit straight for more than a few seconds. It hurts a lot. Is it something serious? Should i visit a doctor or just apply some creams like move and let it heal on its own?
