Bone & Muscle problems

I suffered from slip disk last year and recovered but it is occurring again.I discontinued my exercises. What do I do now??

I am having a severe upper back pain. My sitting is almost around 6-8 hours. I have tried to work upon my posture and having pain killer for a week also vitamin d and calcium capsules but the pain is not going. I am unable to sit and study for long

I have chondromalacic patella from almost 4 months and i have been doing all kind of Rehab/Stretching/Strengthening exercises from 3 months but still the pain in my leg persists. Main problem is during walking and I am not able to get to my original walking speed and there is lot of discomfort/pain while walking. The PT i am consulting says it will get better but its been long and now i am definitely scared, whether this problem is going to resolve or not. Have visited couple of doctors, everybody gives the same opinion of Rehabilation(Which i have been continuously following) but i feel we are not able to get to the root cause. My MRI says small ACL injury and a bit of synovial effusion and a bit of degeneration of meniscus but clinically all doctors say that I shouldn't worry much about MRI report and clinically all looks fine. My knee pain started in January in LK but now it's on both the knees. Please help in diagnosing the root cause

My dr has prescibed pregalgia 25 mg0-0-01 bf for pains of all kinds caused due to acupuncturist dr arun g of www.acu5solution a year back,The medicine,i have learnt from net only block the pain,not cure,May i take it and benefit? dr ortho,staphysagria200,hypericum 200,clt,ift,physiotherapy has failed. dm on lantus 26 units,urimax d for bph.kindly enlighten

The inability to stand for long periods of time made activities like food shopping, cooking, cleaning, going to the mall, mowing the lawn really exhausting for me.

As per Mri report, osteophyte is present at c6 but doctor or physiotherapist have not yet confirmed it. Is it that presence of osteophyte confirms cervical spondylosis? as the impression in report says cervical spondylosis. I have nerve pinch , inflammation in palms, arms, severe left shoulder pain.

Three year back I met a road accident while I was riding my bike. Then I had leg fractured and during treatment I knew about bone density. I had low density so doctor had prescribed some medicine. Now I want to improve this with help of my normal diet and wanted to go with some routine test to observe the improvement. I am a vegetarian so please suggest the suitable diet and what all test are available for bone density let me know.

Pain from three days in right leg knee. Last week I faced with accident, so also suffering from muscle pain.last two days suffering from knee pain.

My Mother fell down from stairs and her leg has broken on 23rd June 2016. we took her to DDU hospital and they did the x-ray and made the plaster on her leg and advise some medicine for recovery. But they didn't gave any date for next checkup. Now we are very worried about her leg and we thought will take the advise from some other Doctor. So i humble request you if you can advise me good doctor for her.
