Pain in both feet
I'm experiencing regular pain in both my feet. It started with pain in my right foot few months back but bow from last 1-2weeks started in my left foot as well. It's really high when I get up after sitting/lying down for some time. Pain is basically at the back of my ankle and goes till the middle of the foot.

It can be due to plantar Fascistis. to confirm u need to get X ray both feet ( ankles) AP n lat. there may be a calcaneum spur.U need to wear slipper or shoes with some high heel n do cold n hot fomentation daily at least twice a day.If not find any relief , consult orthopedic surgeon for further line of treatment.
