Bone & Muscle problems

Sir/Mam, i have back pain from almost one year. It is on from back neck to botom of back. Some times pain decreases and increases or almost end. But now days as i am dooing a siting job in a software company so the pain increased to much. I'm suffering :(. Pls suggest me. Thank You.

Hello Dr(s), My wife has higher ESR rate and we consulted a doctor and he advised to take Steroids which she is taking since one week. For the last two days she has some swelling on her leg on the knee. Is there any side effect because of steroids? Appreciate your advice. Thank you.

Took a steroid injection for my trigger finger. Today is the 4th day, no improvement noticed. How long it takes to show improvement ? Please advice what to do next. Thank you.

My husband has been suffering from left knee joint pain... he plays badminton daily for 30 minutes and he doesn't face any problem. He feels pain only in few cases I.e after using Indian toilet or after sitting on a chair for a long tym or sitting down ( folded legs) for a long tym . He doesnot hav any problem to run,walk or play.. the pain is backside of the knee cap . Is also suffering from lower backache and after sitting in an uncomfortable position for long time...

From the last 4months ,i am having pain in all my joints ..initially it started from knees and now it had overtaken my shoulders, elbows, spine,backbone,hibs,feets,fingers joints..and from last 3months my fingers are also have swelling..in my reports i have ankolysing spondylitis postive which is a kind of arthritis..dr.said its incurable...

When my mom waje up in the morning she feels shaking of head only in morning.Is it due to low BP or it is symptoms if spondylitis. Plz provide the treatment.

My father is having problem on chest bone . he lifted some weight after which problem started. Consulted chest specialist . he told no problem in chest. But he is still having pain for past two week. Consulted ortho . he had given tablet but still pain not reduced.They are telling pain because of chest bone. Please suggest.

Hi I have high uric acid level problem for quite sometime now, have contacted doctor multiple times, he gave me Febutaz 40 for reducing my uric acid levels, I took it for 3 weeks and my uric acid levels came down but after few weeks it went up again, he again recommended me Febutaz and it went down again but its high again. My current SERUM URIC ACID level is 7.80 and ALBUMIN is 4.5. I am having pain in right shoulder and suspect is high uric acid level. Can you please recommend me ways of reducing my uric acid level and what diet should I follow.

I hv severe pain at back, esp Whn I keep standing n working fr an hour, pain hits n thn Whn I sit down n relax n after tht Whn I get up, my shout comes out due to severe pain, but Whn I relax for 1 hr, thn pain stops.. Plz clarify wht is it exactly n hw to cure
