Bone & Muscle problems

My wife is having some sporadic back pains, that goes off and comes back again after two weeks or so Our family physician provided some painkillers and ointment last time, which gave some relief but it is now recurred. There has not much physical exertion or fatigue but still there is back pain Any suggestions on the next course of action or remedies

Mri results - Partial thickness tear of acl at base of tibia Partial tear of lateral meniscus (could be due to acl tear) Patella dislocation Patella tendon tear

My right shoulder is very weak also conducted a mri , report says tissues are weak. i took physiotherapy session for two months , but they were of no good use. my right shoulder snaps whenever i move it up and down, but there is no pain. but only weakness. Please help me

My mother had undergone a muscle tear surgery for her shoulder.it's been two months now but she complains of severe pain in her shoulder.her physiotherapy is going but there's hardly any relief.she is taking her medicines properly but there's no relief.earlier she never complained about pain in chest but now she is having and it's going till her neck making it stiff.she is unable to sleep at all now.please suggest what to do. Hello.. i am 32 yr old male and I run almost 5 kms every alternate days at a speed of 9.2 to 10 km per hour. I never used to feel exhausted or tired earlier but now after the jog or any workout i feel drained out and sleepy through out the day.

One and half year back left hand side got frature now shall we remove iron stick or can we continue...
