1 month ago I had a hairline fracture .. the foot is alright now but ... one day I went to play cricket and since then my foot balance has gone out ... please help

As there are no orthopaedists available in my hometown, can my father take treatment from a mbbs doctor for hairline fracture to leg. please reply soon.

Doctor because of my job I have to ride 120 km per day from last 1.5 years. Now days I have back pain on regular basis. Kindly suggest some precautions other than don't ride.

Hi, I play cricket regularly on weekends. From sometime I have stiffness in my right thigh and it starts paining after a while after playing. The movement is not that smooth and I can feel the stiffness while moving. Same is for my bowling arm as well. So please suggest the reason and what I need to do for the cure. Thanks, Nitin

Ok, so I was playing cricket one day and during one shot , my left shoulder got twisted. I was not able to move my left hand initially but then after few minutes the movement started and I was able to move it freely after few hours.
