I am having knee pain
I am tak7ng shelcal 500gm daily 1 tablet,,vitamin d3 once in month, but still i have a right knee pain.
Pls suggest me any permanent remedy for this pain.. i am having this pain from so long.

Hello Madam,
Have you undergone an X Ray of the knee? It is necessary to find out if there is any degeneration of the knee bone.

I can understand your concern. I hope you are not in too much pain.
I see that you have not mentioned your age.
Your age could give a better idea as to what you could be suffering from.
Osteoarthritis is a common condition which can cause this problem.
Get a xray done and consult a orthopedician in person regarding this.
