Acl rehabilitation
Had acl 4 years back.. Need permanent rehabilitation.it loosens out every time I exercise....right knee

Incase you haven't undergone post operative rehab pls visit your operating surgeon for reevaluation and consider a second opinion

Dear friend .your operated knee loosening out is very unfortunate.please get it assessed by your operating surgeon or if not satisfied. get a second opinion by any other knee expert.there can be one of 3 reasons.... 1.any ligament that got stretched out. 2.any ligament that got retear. 3.any additional ligament instability other than acl not addressed during primary surgery. You need to get an MRI done to see if the ACL reconstruction is still intact. In the presence of an intact ACL it is very unintelligible for you to have an unstable knee. Visit the nearest ortho surgeon who can examine the knee and order an MRI at the earliest
