Best procedure for second time torn ACL
I am 31 y/o Sportsman. Suffered torn left ACL in 2018 and reconstructed it using tibial graft and rushed back to sports in about 4-6 months of surgery. Suffered the same ACL tear again about 4 months ago. What procedure would allow me to get back to sports at earliest?
