Torn Knee Meniscus and ACL
I've suffered a torn knee meniscus and ACL earlier this year. I would like to have the surgery after a year and half. I believe there will be scar tissue build up at the internal wound site. Having scar tissue will it complicate the operation and could it cause me knee problems post the operation? Can I postpone the surgery like this?

Year and a half is a long time to go without surgery, as ligaments support the joint not getting it repair vabd walking with such a knee would make joint very unstable It's best to follow your orthopedic advice and consult him Earlier getting it done will make a faster recovery Walking in an unusual way would affect your hood joints too but loading them improperly
