Hi I have been diagnosed with a full ACL tear in my left knee. While I don’t have pain, can walk slowly (slight limp), no swelling - I have instability when I walk down stairs or climb them. I have a non refundable trip planned to UK and Scotland (may involve walking) in 2.5 weeks. I have already started physiotherapy. Do you think I can still go for my holiday with a brace or is it impossible to think of ? I may consider surgery once I am back

For the trip, you can wear a good quality and we'll fitting knee brace. Post trip you can go for Arthroscopic ACL reconstruction as you have instability.
