Everytime I bend my left knee, I receive a sharp shock. I try my best to not lift it to avoid the pain. It is very severe.

My father is 67 years of age. From last 4-5 years he is facing problem in lifting his right hand. He can't lift his right hand above certain level. My uncle suggesting my mom to get treatment in sidha hospital...is it fair to get treatment in sidha ... how long it take to get cure.any other possible way to get my mom cure fully. Having sever lower backache since 5-6yrs, also have pain in calf and leg. Feeling so down not energetic when get up at morning not be able to work properly because of calf ache and backache. Always have problem of low bp and feel so weak. Pls advice me what should my step for the same.

I hv knee stifness or spams type problem i went to two orthopedic surgeon they told me after seeking my both knees x ray everything is ok there is no gap they prescribed me some calcium and glucosamin sulplhate tell i am daily go for brisk walk about 5km is there any connection
