I have very less body mass index, want to increase weight,
i have no health issues, no diabetes , no thyroid , no infection (Tb etc.) in body, not fallen sick since long except fever once in 2 years, i eat (Healthy) at regular intervals (no junk Food), i am a vegetarian,
i am unable to take high protein foods such as peanuts, Too oily food as i get constipated easily,

If you are not sick why worry about your body mass index? Eat to hunger drink to thirst. Aim on being fit rather than worry about body mass index. Being fit will keep you happy. All the best.

I can understand your concern,
you have to increase your calorie intake so that the excess calories can be converted into stores in your body.
for that a high protein diet and high calorie foods are recommended.
if you want a detailed diet chart i would suggest you to consult a dietician in person.
