Bone & Muscle problems

I started running 15 days ago, but from last 5-6 days i am not being able to walk properly, side of my knees are paining,i cant jump also, but i have a physical test after 5 days, in which i hv to perform long and high jumps as well as running too, please help me,i dnt hv much time

Had an accident, seems to have fractured my wrist, Attaching the various X-rays, please have a look in it and let me know the possible ways to get it fixed. I have got a First AID Plaster (Kacha Plaster). Need advise if this can be fixed using 60 days plaster or it is required to have Surgery to fix this.

Hi.! I want to ask that my jaws are looking not even. When i look in the mirror, it looks fine but when i take a selfie my left and right jaw doesn't looks similar. This happens when i take simple selfie, and if i on the mirror image it again looks little fine. Once when i was 11 i went to a dentist and he took out two tooth from the same jaw side. Can it be the reason of my uneven looking jaws. Do i need surgery or can it be corrected with some jaw exercise? Thank you

I met a small accident in 1997, In my right knee. Doctor said No fracture of bone or knee but a mild effect in side bone (I think it's called CANCELLOUS).i took medicine and oil massage and it was ok. Now after 18-19 years in this winter last 1 month happen it's mild pain back side of knee.i mean if "" I seat folding leg then can't open leg speedily."" What's the pròblem and how to cure it ? Any medicine or oil massage Plz suggest.

Pain in left leg above the knee since 2days.. Now its getting sevior she has a doubt that its painning in nerves or may ne nerve cramps

I am 23 years old..And I have bow legs... so I want to know is there any procedure or exercise exist to correct bow legs without surgery...And if exi st how long time take to correct it???

My Left knee MRI states"joint effusion with Partial ACL tear and Horizontal tear of posterior horn and body of medial meniscus". What is the treatment for this? Occasionally i feel stress on my right leg too due to pain and find difficulty in walking, using stairs. Certain occasion i feel everything is all right. Recently it feels like difficult to stand or walk ? Please advice. Thanks

I have a meniscus tear in my right knee. I'm currently undergoing treatment for it. The doctor has asked me to perform certain exercises every day and has prescribed me tendoking tablets. I want to be able to run and play sports again but the doctor has said that I shouldn't run and play sports ever again. Please advise I really want to be athletic again.
