MY MOTHER IS SUFFRING KNEE GAP PROBLEM SINCE FABRUARY 2016 .SHE CANNOT WALK IT IS VERY PAINFUL .. AND I WANT TO KNOW THAT HOW WE OVERCOME FROM IN THIS PROBLEM

I have pain in my heel since 2013. I have taken allopathic medicines but it doesn't cure. I have changed shoes to ensure it is not happening due to worn out shoes. This is causing me to avoid gym exercise too

I have got ACL tear (high grade) on 10th Dec 2016, i am going forward without surgery for now, can you please suggest what physio i should do to strenghten hamstrings and quadriceps? and for how long? There is no bone injury as per XRAY, attaching MRI report

Left side of my right foot near my arch is really sore. It swells up and hurts to walk or stand on it to long. Gets to the point where I no longer want to be on it or put wait on it. The doctor I seen said it was plantar fasciitis but when I read into it saw that pain occurs in the heel which I contain no pain in my heel. When I hurt it my ankle sprained and something pinched in my arch. My ankle on my right foot is very weak and has had several serious sprains and swells on a normal basis. I have been using a night splint which helps reduce the pain. I also wrap my foot and that only helps for a small amount of time.

I have knee pain from the past 1 year. But since 2 months I have been working out in the gym and have noticed considerable relief. My gym instructor has advised me to take Cod Liver Oil supplement tablets. Please may I know what brand tabs I can take and what dosage. Thank you.

Hi- i have mild spondylitis as attached. I met a orthopedic doctor who advised me to do some isometry exercise. I have been doing exercise regularly with no result. I noticed that when eat/drink, extreme tooths of the jaws pain s a lot causing the pain radiating to the back neck. I showed up two well known dentists thinking this could be from teeth (I have had successful gum surgery 3 months back). Dentists did not find any tooth issue/there is no cavity. I was prescribed mouthwashes. Please suggest what next to be done as Neck Pain is more when i eat/drink.

I work in standing position of 1hr then taking rest for 15to30min. In sitting position again go for work it can't even stand if I stand heavy pain in my heel ankle muscle I can't even walk then how can I work in industry. So kindly give solutions how can i overcome from this problem.

I am suffering from clam and leg pain since last year...Test for Arthritis,Sitica and got is negative.MRI also conducted. Still suffering from leg and clam pain. Please advice me.
