Bone & Muscle problems

My mri says "mild hyper intense signal on stir and pdfs in suprapatellar fat pad". I have swelling above patella which irritates/pushes the patella while walking. Its been six months and it's mildly disabling. How do you cure that. PS: I don't want to go for corticosteroids. thanks!

Hi, He was suffering from Knee and Spine Pain for one month Blood test report are, Vitamin d3- 13.5, hemoglobin- 11.3, ESR- 45.4, CRP Blood test is nagative, sachet 60000 iu have running twice a week for 4 week, and calcium and iron tablet have running already. Knee x-ray and Spine MRI (clear no problems) Please help. Due to this i am suffering a lots

My father is suffering severe pain in left leg. Cant able to walk. Actually 5 years ago he was suffering same problem on right leg but he was cured at assam medical college by an orthopaedic surgeon. According to me from the past MRI Report, the main blood vein or neuro that flows through spine got attached between the spine bones and the blood flows decreases in the body resulting in severe pain. The doctor at a result of spinal surgery was able to cure my father. But now the same problem arises again with left leg.

I met with an accident 5 years back and at that time i had to wear temporary plaster on knee joint for 10 days. It got recover after a period of time. However, since last 10 months i am having pain in my knee joint whenever i do some exercise or use stairs. Please assist me as pain occurs only at the time of any activity.

On Monday i was doing some abs exercises at home. I think I stressed myself a lot and my abs have started hurting. The pain has not subsided even after 5 days. What should I do to cure it ?

Hi There, Frequently, I get pain in my heel area immediately after waking up from bed. Pain remain for 2-3 mins then it get disappeared as i walk. What is the cause & remedy for the same? Thanks in advance for your kind advice.

Assalamu 'alaikum. My brother-in-law, Asib (21), has already been diagnosed to have a partial ACL tear in his right leg and suggested to undergo a surgery . But we want to be over-sure of the fact.
