I am currently facing tingling poking sensation in my left hand ring finger knuckle .which is making anything done by my left hand very uncomfortable.I also feel my finger being pulled type feeling when I sense the tingling.Need suggestions on this please.

I have been having intense left foot pain for the last 3 days. I can't walk or stand on my left foot anymore it hurts under the foot. It feels as if my mother has an inflamed or something I can't walk at all and now when I'm standing on it it really really hurts. Even when I'm twisting the foot bit around it hurts a lot. I had been working for quite a bit for the last week I've been traveling. Is that the reason why I've been having this pain?
