Bone & Muscle problems

I have this pain on the right groin area.. I picked this pain when I was playing football.. I did very good warm up and stretching before playing the game. Now I feel the pain when I play football and I am not able to use my right leg for long shots or passes. Is it a muscle strain or is it something else. I been resting for last 2 days the pain reduced but still I have pain when I lift the leg.. What can be done on this.. Appreciate if some one can give me some information.!!

First MRI in July showed ACL tear , second MRI in September showed normal ACL partial tear in patellar tendon. Feels mild pain while walking. What to do next ?

Lower back muscle pain occurs most of the time while doing workout at gym.I just want to know.Whill it affect my spine ?

1. When I sit for long time - my knees start paining and I have a strong urge to stretch legs. When I stretch them, the pain is relieved. 2. Whenever I bend my knees, there is a clicking sound. It was there from many years but have become severe since one week when winters temperature has been more low (around 7 Degree) and I have joined Gym.(20 treadmill,20 min cycling and 20 min cross trainer daily) + some strength exercises. I am looking for ayurvedic remedies that can help me. Do I need to get any test done? Could it be related to calcium deficiency? Is xray required? Should I use a knee cab? I just want to should not get worse as I am just 30 years old now. This problem is more severe in right knee.

My mother slipped from staircase(around 5 steps) around one month back.Since then she is having severe pain in both the thighs.She has taken ayurveda message 5 days course & she got some relief but not upto the mark.From last 3 days she is going to physiotherapy(applying hot plates) but still problem remains the same.She is able to walk properly with no pain but not able to bend her legs or sit with folded legs.Even if she could sit but not able to get up without support, it pains a lot.Her age is 60, weight is 45 kgs & height is 5 feet.Kindly suggest.

When I sleep for 1 hour and after that when I stand up then I get more pains on my legs .. Even when I start walking then near hip side down side also pains too much koi lgi bhi nhi.... Then why it happens and what is the solutionfor it?

My 13 yr old son is experiencing pain in the bridge of his left foot for 3 days now. He has done hot water fomentation and applied pain relieving balm but nothing helped. He feels better after waking up in the morning but as soon as he is active the pain returns. Please advice. Thank you.

Hand fingers getting pulled inside...Had a check up with the doctor but not convinced. Kindly suggest
