Bone & Muscle problems

Hello, My wife suffering from pain over her left rib bones, we consulted many physicians, went through an X-ray but no result. She is taking some pills but yet no relief I advised her not to continue unless we get a proper solution out of it. Please advise.

Feeling dizziness and vomiting, sometimes nausea problem occurs too.in diagnosis it is found out that early symptoms of cervical spondylosis are showing.already I do have knee pain and arthritis problem.

M having very strong pain in lower back sine 3 days and cant move rise from bed, bend or sit. the pain is very sharp at times.

Pain in the back unable to sit or walk comfortably. Pain protruding to left thigh and severe ache in the lower back

The pain on the only left leg foot(i.e; heel pain) (in bengali called "Payer Gorali") when standing or walking. The pain started from 20th Dec,2016 while walking without shoe on the street at Puri Jagannath Temple, at that time very small stone stuck into the left side foot, very small stone was removed immediately, No blood coming out. please note: right side foot no issue. Afterthat the pain is started, I was taken hemeopathy medicine, no cure observed. My uncle also bring some medicine from local medicine shop without prescription, again no remedy. Kindly tell me the solution how can i get relief from this pain. Please tell me and advise me regarding the issue

From 3 days my mother is suffering from pain in her lower back on consulting local doctor he suggest for x ray .In x ray there is some gap is visible. He gives one belt and some medicines ,but my mother is suffering from unbearable pain as she can't sleep properly ,bend properly. Is it normal pain for few days or it requires immediate specialist supervision pls suggest. I m attaching x-ray photo
