Hello doctor, my query is about spinal anaesthesia that I need to undergo before an ACL reconstruction surgery next month. What are the complications of spinal anaesthesia? Will it be painful?... Please help me by providing some information on these type of anaesthesia... Help me.. Thank you..

I have been facing problem in my knee joints since few days. Before that i made a trek of 7km mountain it was plain at times and had lots of climbing. Whenever i sit for 15mins in a constant position then I experience huge pain my knees and it repeats continuously as long as i sit. When in standing position i dont get any types of pains. Pls suggest me some tips to reduce the pains.

A small frature was there in hand which joins after plaster for 1 month. Now 20 days past the movement in elbow is not happening. There is stiffness in the joint and not able to straighten or bend the hand. Regular physiotherapy is done. Please help.

Hi doctor I met with an accident on the 16th of dec 2016 and went thru operation on the 17th had a rod put in to my leg it has been a month and was suggested by my doc to take an x ray post the x ray my bones still seem to be scattered and when consulted with the doc was informed that it is the the rod that has been inserted and no changes have been made to the fracture site as it is a new technique of healing please advice please find my x ray taken immediately after the accident and the x ray post surgery please advice

Hello, My mom has a severe join pains and specially the knee joints pain and it is difficult for her to sit down or walk. kindly need your help.

Fell down at work on 31 dec and injured Shatabdi hospital Dr are saying that there is no frecture but minor and problem is in muscle and vein is teared (fat gai hai).

I had hurt my right knee while playing 3 years back, and the MRI at that time had shown high grade partial tear of ACL and grade 2 signal in meniscus. I wasn't suggested surgery and after resting for around 4 months, I was back to playing tennis. i hurt the same leg about 2 months back while playing football and the current MRI says "intrasubstance fluid collection in proximal 1/3rd of ACL suggestive of ganglion". I am currently doing physiotherapy and having tablet tendosave. Still after 7 weeks, there is excruciating pain while straightening the knee in the morning, but the pain becomes less during the day. Still not able to jump and run. Should I wait for 1 more month before talking to my doctor about surgery or will it heal automatically?

I am diagnosed with chondromalacia patella recently. As MRI shows degeneration/damage of cartilage in right knee. Having very mild pain and stiffness in the knee since past few months. I avoided considering it to be due to some minor injury. Now doctor has prescribed some medication, which is deteriorating my appetite also. Please suggest what should i do and what may be the cause of such situation. Test reports shows- HLA B27- negative, RA factor - negative, Vit D3- 20ng, Vit B12- 590, Please suggest something. Dear sir, good evening my mom have been suffering from arm pain from last 7 days . she is not felling well because of arm bone pain .what should I do. I consult to Dr .mother use medicine provided by Dr agarwal from last 3 days but there is no improvement .pain is constant pls help me out.. she is 45 years old.

Sir/madam 5 years back I get cyst.firstly I consult doctor and remove the cyst through needle.then after 3 months I get cyst on same place.Then after that I remove cyst through surgery.After 4 months I get the cyst in same place.so please suggest the permanent solution.
