My advice to you will be to avoid weight training for a 6-8 weeks. Until then work on your core and strengthen that. Once you have done that and have had pain relief for a longer duration of time, then gradually start weight training.

Hello I understand you having relief from your pain but I would suggest you to start strengthening with your Physiotherapist first. Let them decide your strength training. Start gradually and then start with proper weight training.
No you cant't start now. Wait for another 1-2 months. Meanwhile you can strngthen the back muscles.Learn core strengthening exercises, visit physiotherapist learn all level back exercise. Do it regularly 3 months minimum.After that may be you can start.
