Spinal Decompression
My Mom who is 72 is suffering from Spinal Decompression. Doctors have advised for a Decompression surgery. She is also a patient of Parkinson, Pulmonary Hypertension and undergone a CABG 15 years ago. Her Parkinson was diagnosed 3 years ago & PH was diagnosed 1 year ago ( currently stable). Epidural was not successful. Current symptoms which are getting worse : Numbness ins legs with pain. Reduced mobility. We are not certain weather the numbness is due to the stenosis or Parkinson. If stenosis is to be treated i wanted to know if there are non-surgical treatment options available in Mumbai ( VAX-D) and is it advisable. We are reluctant to opt for surgery due to the her health conditions which pose risk of Anesthesia and also Cardiac condition. According the Scan she does have 1 blockage but Cardiologist suggests to take the risk and go for surgery. Please advise us if any other nonsurgical treatments are available in Mumbai and can help my mother to live normal life.

PLEASE DONOT OPT FOR NON-SURGICAL TREATMENT AS THE SPINAL STENOSIS WILL NOT BE RELEIVED... SYMPTOMS IN YOUR MOTHER ARE DUE TO SPINAL STENOSIS... SHE WILL BE COMPLETELY RELEIVED OF PAIN, ONCE SURGERY IS DONE..
Next Steps
GO AHEAD WITH SURGERY...SHE WILL DO WELL
Health Tips
TAKE RISK & GO AHEAD WITH SURGERY AS ITS THE ONLY OPTION & THE BEST OPTION...TRUST MY OPINION & YOU WILL REALISE THAT IT WAS YOUR BEST DECISION LATER...
